Whipping cream 36 % fat

Milk

Powdered sugar

Preparation
- Bring the QimiQ Classic Vanilla to a boil with the milk, sugar and brandy.
- Immediatley remove from the heat and quickly whisk in the egg yolks.
- Pour into bottles and seal well.
Hints
- The liqueur can be kept stored chilled for up to 2 months.
