Ingredients

For 2400 ml

  • 250g

    QimiQ Classic Vanilla

  • 1litre(s)

    Milk

  • 600g

    Sugar

  • 500ml

    Brandy

  • 8

    Egg yolk(s)

Preparation

  1. Bring the QimiQ Classic Vanilla to a boil with the milk, sugar and brandy.
  2. Immediatley remove from the heat and quickly whisk in the egg yolks.
  3. Pour into bottles and seal well.

Hints

  • The liqueur can be kept stored chilled for up to 2 months.
