QimiQ Classic Vanilla, room temperature

Natural yogurt

Lemon(s), squeezed

Heavy cream 36 % fat, beaten
Preparation
- Pre-prepare the pastry according to the instructions on the packet.
- Preheat the oven to 400° F (conventional oven) and cover greased cone forms (or similar) with the pastry. Bake for approx. 10-15 minutes and allow to cool.
- Whisk QimiQ Classic smooth. Add the yogurt, sugar and lemon juice and mix well.
- Carefully fold in the whipped cream and chill.
- Pipe the cream into the pastry rolls / cones and dust with powdered sugar.
Hints
- The QimiQ Classic Vanilla can be replaced by QimiQ Classic Original and vanilla sugar / essence.
