Cream Filled Pastry Cones

Ingredients for 6 portions
  • 540 g Puff pastry, = 2 packages

  • 250 g QimiQ Classic Vanilla, room temperature
  • 125 g Natural yogurt
  • 70 g Sugar
  • 0.5 Lemon(s), squeezed
  • 125 ml Heavy cream 36 % fat, whipped
Method
1.
Pre-prepare the pastry according to the instructions on the packet.
2.
Preheat the oven to 400° F (conventional oven) and cover greased cone forms (or similar) with the pastry. Bake for approx. 10-15 minutes and allow to cool.
3.
Whisk QimiQ Classic smooth. Add the yogurt, sugar and lemon juice and mix well.
4.
Carefully fold in the whipped cream and chill.
5.
Pipe the cream into the pastry rolls / cones and dust with powdered sugar.
