Ingredients for 10 portions
  • 600 g QimiQ Classic, room temperature
  • 200 ml Milk
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 75 g Basil leaves, blanched
  • Lemon peel, grated
Method
1.
Blend the ingredients together until smooth.
2.
Strain, pour into molds or dessert glasses and chill for at least 4 hours (preferably over night).
