Basil Panna Cotta

Ingredients

For 10 portions

  • 600g

    QimiQ Classic, room temperature

  • 200ml

    Milk

  • 100g

    Sugar

  • 75g

    Basil leaves, blanched

  • Lemon peel, grated

Preparation

  1. Blend the ingredients together until smooth.
  2. Strain, pour into molds or dessert glasses and chill for at least 4 hours (preferably over night).
