Ingredients

For 4 portions

  • 250g

    QimiQ Classic, room temperature

  • 100g

    Nougat nut spread, e.g. Nutella®

  • 125ml

    Milk

  • Rum , to taste

  • 125ml

    Heavy cream 36 % fat, beaten

Preparation

  1. Whisk QimiQ Classic smooth.
  2. Add the nougat, milk and rum and mix well.
  3. Fold in the whipped cream.
