    QimiQ Sauce Base

  • 320g

    Yellow Cheddar Cheese

  • 20g

    Corn starch

  • 1g

    White pepper

  • 50g

    Sour cream 20 % fat

Preparation

  1. Chop the cheese and freeze slightly. Place the frozen cheese and other ingredients in a mincer and process to a paste.
  2. Do not allow the mixture to become too warm in preparation.
  3. Spread the pizza cheese topping onto dough of choice, and add topping as required.
