QimiQ Classic, room temperature
2tbsp
Instant coffee powder
150ml
Water, hot
1tbsp
Sugar
100ml
Orange juice
320g
Vanilla ice cream
To decorate
125ml
Heavy cream 36 % fat, beaten
Chocolate coffee beans
Preparation
- Dissolve the instant coffee and sugar in hot water and allow to cool.
- Whisk QimiQ Classic smooth. Add the coffee and orange juice and mix well.
- Dice the vanille ice cream, add to the QimiQ mixture and mix well.
- Divide equally into chilled iced coffee glasses, top with whipped cream and coffee beans and serve immediately.
