Ingredients

For 1 x 2 pint [1 litre] iSi Gourmet Whip

  • 250g

    QimiQ Classic

  • 400g

    Strawberries

  • 130ml

    Sugar syrup

  • 50ml

    Lemon juice

  • 80ml

    Rum

Preparation

  1. Blend the ingredients together until smooth. Strain through a fine sieve and pour into a 1 litre iSi Gourmet Whip.
  2. Screw in 2 chargers, shake well and pipe into cocktail glasses.
