Preparation
- Puree the fresh bananas, banana puree, banana paste, sugar and melted gelatin until smooth. Set aside.
- Melt the QimiQ Classic with the chocolate, cocoa butter, and rum and mix in the banana mixture.
- Allow the mixture to cool for 4 hours, preferably over night.
- Scoop the Bon-Bon mixture and roll in the toasted coconut flakes. Keep chilled until service.
