Ingredients for 900 g
  • 100 g QimiQ Classic, room temperature
  • 200 g Perfect Puree Guava
  • 170 ml Coconut milk
  • 30 g Cream of Coconut Coco Lopez
  • 150 g Sugar
  • 200 ml Malibu Rum
  • 50 ml Lemon juice
Method
1.
Place all the ingredients in a suitable container and burr mix smooth.
2.
Pour the mixture into an iSi bottle and charge with one charger. Shake the bottle vigorously and place horizontally in fridge until required.
