Ingredients

For 4 portions

  • 250g

    QimiQ Classic, room temperature

  • 125g

    Fig jam

  • 150g

    Bündner meat [air-dried beef]

  • 250

    Whipping cream 36% fat

  • Salt

  • White pepper, freshly ground

Preparation

  1. Whisk the unchilled QimiQ Classic smooth. Add the fig jam and mix well.
  2. Finely chop the dried meat and fold into the QimiQ mixture together with the whipped cream. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. Allow to chill for approx. 4 hours.
  4. Serve as a spread for baguettes.
