QimiQ Classic, room temperature

Fig jam

Bündner meat [air-dried beef]

Whipping cream 36% fat
Salt
White pepper, freshly ground
Preparation
- Whisk the unchilled QimiQ Classic smooth. Add the fig jam and mix well.
- Finely chop the dried meat and fold into the QimiQ mixture together with the whipped cream. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Allow to chill for approx. 4 hours.
- Serve as a spread for baguettes.
