For the naan bread

For the scrambled eggs

Preparation
- For the naan bread: whisk the QimiQ Classic smooth. Add the milk, water, oil, sugar and salt and mix well.
- Combine the flour and yeast, add to the QimiQ mixture and knead to a smooth dough. Allow to rest for 1 hour.
- Divide the dough into 4 pieces and roll out into circles. Fry in a pan with olive oil on medium heat.
- Mix the eggs and QimiQ Sauce Base together well. Season with the salt and pepper. Cook in a hot pan with butter until the mixture starts to solidify. Stir until all the uncooked parts become firm.
- Arrange on Naan bread, garnish with the remaining ingredients and serve.
