Preparation
- Place the sugar, orange juice and cranberries into a pot and bring to a boil. Simmer until the cranberries burst.
- Add the orange zest, cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom, cayenne pepper and set aside to cool. Keep refrigerated until needed.
- For the mayonnaise: place the QimiQ Classic, egg youlks, mustard and balsamic vinegar into a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Slowly add the oil until well blended.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and blend. Keep refrigerated until needed.
