Ingredients

For 1 x 2 pint [1 litre] iSi Gourmet Whip

  • 250g

    QimiQ Whip, room temperature

  • 350ml

    Whipping cream 36% fat

  • 200g

    Dark chocolate (40-60 % cocoa), melted

  • 70g

    Sugar

  • 40ml

    Rum

Preparation

  1. Blend all of the ingredients in a liquidizer and strain through a fine sieve.
  2. Pour into a 1 litre iSi Gourmet Whip bottle and screw in two chargers. Shake well and allow to chill for approx. 30 minutes.
  3. Shake well and serve.
