For the shortcrust pastry

Preparation
- For the shortcrust pastry: knead the ingredients together to a smooth pastry. Wrap in cling film and allow to chill for approx. 30 mintues.
- For the filling: whisk the unchilled QimiQ Classic smooth. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Season to taste.
- Roll out the dough to approx. ½ cm thick and cut out large circles Ø 3 inch. Place the dough circles into greased muffin molds.
- Place the filling into the muffin moulds and bake in a pre-heated oven at 350 °F (air circulation) for approx. 20 minutes.
