Preparation
- Whisk the QimiQ Classic smooth. Slowly whisk in the olive oil until the mixture is emulsified.
- Add the remaining ingredients except for the cucumber and mix well.
- Fold in the grated cucumber.
- Allow the dip to rest overnight.
