Ingredients

  • 400g

    QimiQ Classic, room temperature

  • 290g

    Cream cheese

  • 120g

    Mayonnaise 80 % fat

  • 120g

    Mustard

  • 1.7g

    Rosemary, fresh

  • 3g

    Pepper, ground

  • 6g

    Salt

  • 10ml

    Lemon juice

  • 45g

    Honey

  • 1tsp

    Apple cider vinegar

Preparation

  1. Whisk the unchilled QimiQ Classic smooth. Add the cream cheese and whisk smooth.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Season to taste.
