Ingredients for 10 portions
  • 100 g QimiQ Classic
  • 80 g Tahini paste [Sesame paste]
  • 50 ml Grape seed oil
  • 6 g Mint, fresh
  • 12 g Salt
  • 2 g Pepper
  • 5 g Garlic
  • 300 g Green peas
  • 100 g Pepitas, toasted
  • 20 g Sesame seed oil, to garnish

Mix all the ingredients together well and serve with Esprit the Liberté Mini Toasts.
