Ingredients for 4 portions
  • 120 g QimiQ Classic, room temperature
  • 210 g Cream cheese
  • 90 g Gorgonzola, grated
  • 100 g Pine nuts
  • 15 g Basil, finely chopped
  • 5 g Thyme, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper
Method
1.
Sautée the pine nuts in hot oil.
2.
Whisk the unchilled QimiQ Classic smooth. Add the pine nuts and the remaining ingredients and mix well. Season to taste.
