  • 1.2 kg Gnocchi [small potato dumplings], cooked
  • 200 g Leaf spinach
  • For the cheese sauce
  • 1 kg QimiQ Sauce Base
  • 300 g Cheese, grated
  • 250 ml White wine or vegetable stock
  • Salt and pepper
  • Nutmeg, ground
Method
1.
For the cheese sauce: mix the ingredients together and bring to a boil.

Add the cooked gnocchi and the leaf spinach.

Garnish as required and serve.
