    Vanilla sugar

    Lemon(s), juice only

    Lemon(s), finely grated zest

  • Rum flavoring

  • 250g

    AP Flour, plain

    Butter, for the baking tin

  • 250g

    Strawberries

  • For the cream

  • 250g

    QimiQ Classic, room temperature

  • 250g

    Greek style yogurt

  • 80g

    Sugar

  • 1package

    Vanilla sugar

Preparation

  1. Prepare the sponge base according to the recipe.
  2. For the cream: whisk the unchilled QimiQ Classic smooth. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
  3. Spread the cream onto the sponge base and decorate with the strawberries.
  4. Allow to chill for approx. 4 hours.
  5. Decorate with a strawberry glazing if required.
