Dried Fruit Muesli

Ingredients for 4 portions
  • 125 g QimiQ Classic, room temperature
  • 250 g Plain yogurt
  • 120 g Oat flakes
  • 60 g Plums, dried, coarsely chopped
  • 60 g Dried apricots, coarsely chopped
  • 50 ml Orange juice
  • Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • Sweetener, as required
Method
1.
Whisk QimiQ Classic smooth.
2.
Add the yogurt, oat meal, prunes, apricots, orange juice, lemon juice and honey and mix well.
3.
Sweeten with sweetener if required.
