For the dressing

QimiQ Classic, room temperature

Low fat yogurt
90ml
Peach juice

Curry powder

Curcuma, dried

Preparation
- Fry the chicken breasts and dice.
- Add the celeriac, leek, peas, rice and pineapple and mix well.
- For the dressing: whisk the unchilled QimiQ Classic smooth. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Season to taste.
- Toss the salad in the dressing and adjust the seasoning.
