For the burgers

QimiQ Classic, room temperature

Vegetable oil

Preparation
- For the burgers: sauté the onion in butter and mix well with the remaining ingredients. Shape into burgers and pan fry in hot oil.
- For the coleslaw: whisk the unchilled QimiQ Classic smooth. Quickly whisk in the oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Add the marinade to the shredded vegetables and season to taste.
- Serve the mini burgers with the coleslaw.
