Mini Burgers with Coleslaw

Ingredients for 4 portions
  • For the burgers
  • 600 g Ground beef
  • 1 Onion(s), finely sliced
  • 60 g Butter
  • 1 Egg(s)
  • 1 tbsp Bread crumbs
  • Parsley, finely chopped
  • For the coleslaw
  • 125 g QimiQ Classic, room temperature
  • 60 ml Vegetable oil
  • 20 ml Apple cider vinegar
  • Salt
  • Black pepper, freshly ground
  • 400 g White cabbage, finely shredded
  • 100 g Carrot(s), peeled
For the burgers: sauté the onion in butter and mix well with the remaining ingredients. Shape into burgers and pan fry in hot oil.
For the coleslaw: whisk the unchilled QimiQ Classic smooth. Quickly whisk in the oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Add the marinade to the shredded vegetables and season to taste.
Serve the mini burgers with the coleslaw.
