For the salad

Cervelat sausage, sliced

Appenzeller cheese, grated

Bell pepper(s), finely diced

Red onion(s), cut into rings
Preparation
- For the dressing: mix the ingredients together with an immersion blender until smooth.
- Mix the Cervelat sausage with the grated cheese, sweet pepper cubes, onion rings and the dressing.
- Garnish as desired and serve.
