Ingredients for 10 portions
  • 500 g QimiQ Classic, room temperature
  • 360 ml Milk
  • 80 g Sugar
  • 160 g Bittersweet chocolate 68 % cocoa, melted
Method
1.
Whisk the unchilled QimiQ Classic smooth. Add the milk and sugar and mix well. Quickly fold in the melted chocolate.
2.
Fill into moulds and allow to chill for approx. 4 hours.
