Ingredients

For 1 Cake tin 26 cm Ø

  • For the base

  • 250g

    Oreo® cookies, crumbled

  • 60g

    Butter, melted

  • g

    Butter, for the baking tin

  • For the cream

  • 500g

    QimiQ Classic, room temperature

  • 500g

    Cream cheese

  • 100g

    Natural yogurt

  • 140g

    Sugar

  • 10g

    Vanilla sugar

  • 1

    Lemon(s), juice only

  • 100g

    Oreo® cookies, crumbled, to decorate

Preparation

  1. For the base: add the melted butter to the cookie crumbs and mix well.
  2. For the cream: whisk the unchilled QimiQ Classic smooth. Add the cream cheese and whisk smooth. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
  3. Spread the cream onto the cookie base and allow to chill for at least 4 hours.
