Ingredients

For 4 portions

  • 250g

    QimiQ Classic, room temperature

  • 125g

    Pears, tinned and drained, pureed

  • 40g

    Sugar

  • 1

    Vanilla pod(s), pulp only

  • 0.5

    Lemon(s), juice only

  • 1pinch(es)

    Cinnamon

  • Fresh fruit, to decorate

Preparation

  1. Whisk the unchilled QimiQ Classic smooth. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
  2. Fill the mixture into molds and allow to chill for at least 4 hours.
