Onion(s), finely sliced

Apple, peeled, cut into pieces

Celeriac, peeled, cut into pieces

Butter

Vegetable stock

Apple juice
Cinnamon, ground
Cloves, ground
Salt and pepper
Preparation
- Sauté the onion, apple and celeriac in butter.
- Add the vegetable stock and apple juice. Continue to cook until the apple and celeriac are soft.
- Add the QimiQ Sauce Base and season to taste with cinnamon, cloves, salt and pepper.
- Blend the soup smooth using an immersion blender.
Hints
- Celery sticks can be used instead of celeriac.
