For 1 Litre dressing

QimiQ Classic, room temperature
250ml
Buttermilk
250g
Natural yogurt
100ml
Vegetable oil

Garlic
50ml
Vinegar
5g
Mustard powder
Salt and pepper

Sugar
50g
Chives, finely chopped
Preparation
- Blend the ingredients (except the chives) together with an immersion blender until smooth.
- Fold in the chives.
