For the sauce

Red onion(s), cut into strips

Carrot(s), finely shredded

Mushrooms, finely sliced

Leek, finely sliced

White wine

Salt and pepper

Chives, finely chopped

Vegetable stock
Preparation
- Cook the spaghetti al dente in salted water.
- Fry the onion and vegetables in the hot olive oil. Douse with the white wine.
- Add the QimiQ Sauce Base and bring to a boil. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Refine with the chives and serve with the spaghetti.

- Refine with freshly grated Parmesan.
