QimiQ Classic, room temperature
300g
Toffifee®
3tbsp
Powdered sugar, sieved
300ml
Whipping cream 36% fat, beaten
Preparation
- Cut Toffifee® into small pieces and melt 3/4 of it over steam.
- Whisk the unchilled QimiQ Classic smooth. Add the icing sugar and melted Toffifee® and mix well. Fold in the whipped cream.
- Pipe into glasses and decorate with the remaining Toffifee®. Allow to chill for approx. 4 hours.
