125g
QimiQ Classic, room temperature
20g
Sugar
50ml
Amaretto
100g
Mascarpone
80g
Cocoa powder
300g
White chocolate, melted
Cocoa powder, to coat
Preparation
- Dissolve the sugar in warm Amaretto.
- Whisk QimiQ Classic smooth.
- Add the sweetened Amaretto, mascarpone and cocoa powder and mix well.
- Fold in the melted chocolate, mix carefully and chill for at least 4 hours.
- Form into small balls and roll in cocoa powder.
- Store chilled.
