QimiQ Classic
300 g
White chocolate
180 g
Coconut oil
80 g
Coconut flakes
4 tsp
Coconut liquor
30 g
Almonds,
peeled
100 g
Coconut flakes,
to roll
Method
1.
Melt the QimiQ Classic together with the white chocolate and coconut fat over steam.
2.
Add the coconut flakes and coconut liqueur and mix well.
3.
Allow the mixture to deep freeze until solid.
4.
Portion the mixture with a teaspoon, place 1 almond into each measure and roll into a ball.
5.
Roll the balls in the remaining coconut flakes and store frozen.
