QimiQ Classic

Butter

Powdered sugar

Chocolate

Rum

Hazelnuts, grated

Coconut flakes
Preparation
- Melt the QimiQ Classic together with the butter, icing sugar, chocolate and rum over steam.
- Add the grated hazelnuts and 2/3 of the coconut flakes and mix well. Allow to chill for approx. 1 hour.
- Portion with a teaspoon and roll into small balls.
- Roll in the remaining coconut flakes and store chilled.
