For 1 x 2 pint [1 litre] iSi Gourmet Whip
500g
QimiQ Whip Vanilla, chilled
350ml
Milk
150ml
Jägermeister (cordial)
2tbsp
Sugar, optional
Preparation
- Mix all the ingredients together until smooth using an immersion blender.
- Pour into a 1 litre iSi Gourmet Whip bottle, screw in one charger and shake well.
- Chill well before serving.
