Green asparagus

Ham, sliced

AP Flour

Vegetable oil, to fry
Parsley, finely chopped

Preparation
- Remove the ends of the asparagus (approx. 1-2 cm) and cook in salted water until soft. Remove from the boiling water and quench with cold water.
- Wrap the asparagus in the ham slices, and bread with the flour, eggs and bread crumbs. Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
- Heat the QimiQ Sauce Hollandaise. Refine with the fresh herbs and serve with the asparagus rolls.
