Strudel Pastry Shells with Vanilla Cream and Raspberries

Ingredients for 6 portions
  • 250 g QimiQ Whip Vanilla, chilled
  • 1 package Strudel or filo pastry
  • 100 g Raspberries
Method
1.
Prehat the oven to 400 °F (conventional oven).

Cut squares out of the strudel pastry (approx. 10 cm). Place 6 coffee cups upside down onto a baking sheet and place 2 strudel pastry squares diagonally on top of each so that the cup is covered.

Bake in the preheated oven for approx. 7 minutes and carefully remove from the coffee cups. Allow to cool.

Whip the cold QimiQ Whip Vanilla until the required volume has been achieved. Fill into a piping bag and pipe into the strudel pastry shells.
5.
Decorate with the raspberries and serve.
