Chocolate and Nut French Toast

Ingredients for 4 portions
  • 8 slices White toasting bread
  • 150 g AP Flour, for breading
  • 3 Egg(s), for breading
  • 250 ml Vegetable oil, to fry
  • For the filling
  • 250 g QimiQ Whip Chocolate
  • 180 g Hazelnuts, grated
  • 20 g Sugar
  • 1 pinch(es) Cinnamon
Method
1.
For the filling: melt the QimiQ Whip Chocolate in a saucepan. Add the hazelnuts, sugar and cinnamon and mix well. Allow to chill.

Spread the filling onto 4 slices of bread and cover with the other 4 slices.

Roll in the flour and dip into the eggs. Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
