For the filling

QimiQ Whip Chocolate
180g
Hazelnuts, grated
20g
Sugar

Cinnamon
Preparation
- For the filling: melt the QimiQ Whip Chocolate in a saucepan. Add the hazelnuts, sugar and cinnamon and mix well. Allow to chill.
- Spread the filling onto 4 slices of bread and cover with the other 4 slices.
- Roll in the flour and dip into the eggs. Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
