Ingredients

For 4 portions

  • 250g

    QimiQ Classic, room temperature

  • 250g

    Berries, frozen

  • 100ml

    Milk

  • 250g

    Natural yogurt

  • 100g

    Sugar

  • 1package

    Vanilla sugar

Preparation

  1. Blend the ingredients with an immersion blender until smooth. Fill into moulds and deep freeze.

Hints

  • Sour cream can be used instead of yoghurt.
