For the apple ragout

For the panna cotta

QimiQ Classic, room temperature

Mascarpone

Apple puree

Nuts, chopped, to decorate
Preparation
- For the apple ragout: place the diced apples into a saucepan and add the remaining ingredients. Allow to simmer for approx. 2 minutes and allow to cool.
- For the panna cotta: whisk the unchilled QimiQ Classic smooth. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Fill the panna cotta alternately with the apple ragout into glasses and allow to chill for approx. 4 hours.
- Decorate with the chopped nuts before serving.
