Preparation
- Preheat an oven to 280 °F (air circulation).
- Place the 2 strudel pastry sheets on top of each other into a loaf tin lined with baking paper.
- For the filling: blend the ingredients together until smooth using an immersion blender.
- For the topping: mix the ingredients together.
- Pour the filling into the pre-prepared loaf tin and cover with the topping.
- Bake in the preheated oven for approx. 40 minutes. Allow to cool for approx. 4 hours before serving.
