Ingredients

For 1 Pacojet beaker

  • 75g

    QimiQ Classic, room temperature

  • 150ml

    Heavy cream 36 % fat

  • 360g

    Tuna, tinned in oil

  • 20g

    White bread

  • Dill

  • Horseradish

  • Salt

  • Mustard

  • Curry powder

Preparation

  1. Blend the ingredients together until smooth.
  2. Pour into a Pacojet beaker and freeze at -9 °F for approx. 24 hours.
  3. Pacotize.
