Walnut oil

Vegetable stock

Raspberry vinegar

Walnuts, roasted, grated

Lamb’s lettuce
Preparation
- For the dressing, blend the QimiQ, oil, stock, vinegar and port until smooth.
- Add the walnuts and season to taste. Toss the lamb´s lettuce the walnut dressing.
