Ingredients for 5 portions
  • 250 g QimiQ Whip Coffee
  • 1 small pinch(es) Cinnamon
  • 200 g Raspberries, fresh
Method
1.
Lightly whip the cold QimiQ Whip Coffee until completely smooth, ensuring that the entire mixture is incorporated (especially from bottom and sides of bowl).
2.
Add the cinnamon and continue to whisk until the required volume has been achieved.
3.
Pipe into glasses and decorate with the raspberries. Allow to chill.
