Ingredients for 5 portions
  • 250 g QimiQ Whip Coffee, chilled
  • 200 g Pears, tinned and drained
  • 75 g Caramel syrup
Method
1.
Whip the cold QimiQ Whip Coffee until the required volume has been achieved.
2.
Pipe into glasses and decorate with the pears and caramel syrup. Allow to chill.
