Preparation
- Lightly fry the onions, parsley roots, leeks and carrots in the butter.
- Add the tomato paste, garlic, beef stock, tomatoes, bay leaves, thyme, sugar and cinnamon and bring to a boil. Blend smooth.
- Add the beans, bacon, pototo and peppers. Stir in the QimiQ Sauce Base, bring back to a boil and season to taste.
