QimiQ Classic, room temperature
150ml
Milk
30g
Wheat semolina
1sachet(s)
Vanilla sugar
3tbsp
Sugar
Lemon peel
125ml
Heavy cream 36 % fat, beaten
Preparation
- Whisk QimiQ Classic smooth.
- Bring the semolina, milk and vanilla sugar to a boil and allow to cool.
- Add to the QimiQ with the lemon rind and sugar and mix well.
- Fold in the whipped cream.
- Pour into molds or dishes and chill well.
