QimiQ Whip, room temperature
200g
White peach(es), pureed
40ml
Lemon juice
400ml
Sekt

Preparation
- Blend the QimiQ Whip, peach puree, lemon juice, sugar and 6.8 fl oz of the sparkling wine smooth.
- Add the remaining wine and strain through a fine sieve.
- Pour into the iSi Gourmet Whip. Screw in two chargers, shake well and chill before using.
