Ingredients

For 4 portions

  • 250g

    QimiQ Sauce Base

  • 3tbsp

    Mixed herbs, finely chopped

  • 40g

    Hot mustard

  • 2tbsp

    Bread crumbs

  • Salt and pepper

  • 600g

    Pork medallions

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 430 °F (conventional oven).
  2. Mix the QimiQ Sauce Base with the herbs, mustard, bread crumbs, salt and pepper.
  3. Season the pork medaillons, fry on both sides and remove from the pan.
  4. Spread the pork medaillons with the QimiQ Sauce Base mixture and bake in the preheated oven for approx. 5-7 minutes. Allow to rest for approx. 5 minutes before serving.
